Kayaking / Stand Up Paddleboarding / Sailing
In partnership with Kintyre SUP Club and Kintyre Canoe Club we are offering fully inclusive taster sessions for adults in stand up paddleboarding, kayaking and sailing, supported by the Communities Mental Health and Wellbeing Fund.
They're the perfect way to get afloat and try out a new sport in a low pressure, safe and supportive environment.

Kayaking sessions open for booking
Our first block of sessions on the loch start on the 17th May and are now open for booking. They'll be a beginners introduction to kayaking, open to all ages. Have a look at the kayaking section below for more details and to book your place.
Pool sessions complete
Thank you to everyone who came along to or helped out with the pool sessions. The second pool session covered some safety and confidence in deep water and some more advanced kayaking techniques.

Kayaking
Block of 3 sessions, learning the basics of kayaking. Hosted by Kintyre Canoe Club
Prerequisites: 18+, no experience necessary, all abilities welcome

Stand Up Paddleboarding
Block of 3 sessions, giving you a taster of paddleboarding and getting a feel for being on a board. Hosted by Kintyre SUP Club.
