First Aid Training for Individuals, Professionals and Groups
We regularly run 1 day First Aid courses, suitable for all and covering the requirements for Emergency First Aid at Work, or we can arrange other First Aid qualifications.
An MCA approved one day first aid course, this covers all of the usual first aid subjects but with a marine focus. This course is perfect for anyone who spends time on or near the water, and means you'll know what to do if things go wrong. The day includes practical use of first aid equipment and training aids, and is lead by an experienced and knowledgable instructor.

The course satisfies the requirements for Yachtmaster and Advanced Powerboat certificates of competance, RYA Instructors and some commercial work afloat, amongst others. It is also suitable for those who wish to commercially endorse an RYA qualification.

The course covers the minimum requirements for the Health and Safety (First-Aid) Regulations 1981 for the purposes of Emergency First Aid at Work, and the certificate comes with an annex stating this and showing the course outcomes.

The RYA First Aid course meets the requirements of most of our customers, and is run regularly from our centre. However some people will require a more specialist or longer first aid course. We are able to arrange and host other first aid training for groups of people, or where there is sufficient demand.
