What's on during summer and autumn 2024 for Cohort 2?

As a member of the second cohort of the programme, who has completed courses with us during school time, we've got some cool opportunities coming up for you! Have a look below and then complete the consent form and sign up for activities at the bottom of the page. Please note that even if you can't make the sessions on Wednesdays but would like to hear about other courses and opportunities available to you through the programme, or to attend other activities, you need to have completed the form for us to have the appropriate contact details and parental consents for you.

After School Sailing Sessions (every Wednesday)

Wednesdays during school term time, from the 14th August. 3:45-6pm

Sailing after school, head straight down to the sailing club and we'll get out on the water. Activities will vary week to week including both sailing and powerboating. If the weather is not suitable to get afloat we'll have an activity onshore instead. After the October holidays the sessions will move onshore.

• You will need to get a parent or guardian to complete a 2024 out of school activities consent form by signing up for the after school sessions through the booking system at the bottom of the page before the end of August or we won't be able to take you afloat.

• Extra: Join Campbeltown Sailing Club and stay on after the sessions for more sailing and chances to help run activity.

Summer holiday sailing/helping

5th, 6th, 7th, 8th, and 9th August

Come along and get on the water during the last week of the summer holidays. As you are now more experienced, we'd like to invite you to join us on the water, for a mixture of sailing time and helping out with junior summer courses we have running. You'll spend some time doing your own sailing and practicing your skills, and some time assisting in the RIB and learning how to help others learn.

• You need to have completed the 2024 out of school consent form by signing up for the Wednesday sessions below so that we have the consents required to take you afloat.

Where we can't manage to complete an event during our normal after school activity time, we'll arrange it for another time. We'll make sure to advertise these to everyone who is sign up like the after school sessions, so make sure you're signed up and keep and eye on your emails.

What if I can't make Wednesdays after school?

If you're not going to be able to make it but would still like to be involved and do some of the other things during school time and at other times, please still go and sign up using the system below so that you're still able to do everything else.
