A team of 8 sailors successfully completed a 12 hour sail around Campbeltown Loch in aid of Kintyre Seasports. Sailing either individually in a laser Pico or in pairs on the RS Quest, it was a tiring but enjoyable experience and a great achievement for the team. The conditions were favourable with fair winds and sun.  We wish to thank Campbeltown Sailing Club for the use of the Pico and Campbeltown Sea Cadets for the use of the RS Quest. We also wish to thank Campbell and Alison Fox for providing refreshments for the team and most of all the many folks who donated to the cause. A total of £324 was raised.
